If you host a domain on our cloud web hosting platform and you have a shared hosting account, you’ll be able to activate the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you create under the domain. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a lot of features, but it is amazingly easy to work with, so creating a catch-all mailbox takes only a mouse click. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be shown in this section alphabetically and you’ll simply have to click on the "Catch-all" button associated with the given address. Our system will alert you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick a different mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all option is just as simple and requires yet another mouse click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
You’ll be able to set up a catch-all address with no more than a click in case you have a semi-dedicated package with our company and your emails are handled by our cloud hosting platform. All the mailboxes that you set up with any domain hosted in the semi-dedicated hosting account will be enumerated in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel. Each of them will have a small-size "Catch-all" icon on its right-hand side, so all it will take to activate the feature will be to click that icon. In the same way you will be able to turn off the feature, if you don’t need it any longer. Our system will let you know if you are trying to activate a second catch-all email address for a certain domain name or in case there’s activated email forwarding, but it’ll never alter or disable any feature automatically or without your permission.
